The Power of Reading

Empowerment for Girls Education Project through PEDN (private education development network) based in Kampala, Uganda has donated 140 books to Stand Tall. Daily access to books displayed in the classroom has produced very positive results in our youngest readers.

Here is what the Level 2 teacher has expressed:

Am very happy to tell you that the idea  of having  reading books in class has helped our students to learn how to read and articulate new words properly. Am sure that if we continue like this, our students will achieve even more.
